Just because you are doing a ton of shit all day everyday, does not mean you have your shit together. It means you're just a high functioning human to-do list probably on the verge of total mental and physical collapse.
Now that I know more about this ingredient, I’m so excited to start using it. There are no other side effects for use of this plant, so hopefully I see some of the benefits (please no more migraines!)

What I've learnt about people is that you need to let them be. Don't stifle them. Don't try to turn them into who you want. In my case, don't try to make him fit a mould, based on a list (even though he kinda does already...yay manifestation!). That's a recipe for failure, and that should be your own red flag

It was just lovely options to relax and bask in the beauty of the ocean, and be grateful for life and the opportunity to enjoy these bits of heaven on earth.
You can sit at your leisure and have the company of locals, foreigners, or you can find a spot to be alone with your thoughts. It's a truly beautiful place, and the historic centre was actually named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005, in case you needed more than just my recommendation.
